The wir.ag is an alternative graphic-design bureau.
Our set goal is to offer graphic design services to 40 individuals
pro bono publico. Ideally, the candidate should have a positive
message aimed at bringing change to the world which will push
it forward in a peaceful, non-violent manner.
Since the beginning of June, 2006, 80 people have signed up on our
website. Of those applications the wir.ag chose the 40 most exciting
and the most diverse. Beginning August 14th, we will take one idea
per day and design an unconventional print object for that individual.
The result will be a unique graphic-design marathon.

The spectrum
of the petitions we've gathered ranges from bizarre to idealistic,
from practical to plain, impossible to conventional. Every day the
wir.ag will publish the result on our website so our progress can
be tracked over the 8 weeks.
The wir.ag is the diploma project
of Evamaria Judkins and Nelly Brunkow, both students the Staatliche
Hochschule für Gestaltung Kalrsruhe.
